About Christ's Church PDF Print E-mail

Christ's Church is a part of the Reformed Church in America (www.rca.org).  This is who we are and what we believe as we live out our lives in St. Charles County, MO and the world around us:

Mission Statement:

"Christ's Church is called by God and empowered by the Holy Spirit to be the very presence of Christ to our lost and broken world so loved by God."

Core Values:

-Consistent worship is essential in the life of a believer.

-Small Groups are vital to life change.

-Our most important calling is to minister to lost people because they matter to God.

-Believers flourish when they serve in the areas of their passion, utilizing their spiritual gifts.

-We are called to be stewards of our time, talent and treasures.

-We value diversity in our unity.

-Prayer is the practice of listening to and conversing with God.  It leads us into deeper communication with God.  We are committed to praying for one another and live with the expectation of answered prayers.

-A person's intimacy with God grows when one is reading the scriptures daily.

-Every believer is called to share one's faith in Jesus Christ and minister to those in need.

Strategic Objectives:

We grow as individuals and as a community of faith as we follow Christ by:

*Journeying Inward...

listening to God and yielding to God's Spirit reshaping us into the people God desires us to become

*Journeying Into Community...

developing relationships and partnerships with others who want to love and serve God

*Journeying Outward...

putting love into action as God leads us to meet the needs of "our lost and broken world so loved by God."
